1. Using BagBridge
By using BagBridge, you agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and respect other users. Travelers must not carry prohibited or illegal items.
2. Bookings and payments
Senders pay upfront when booking luggage space. Funds are held securely and released to the traveler once delivery is confirmed. BagBridge charges a 15% service fee on completed bookings.
3. Cancellations
Either party may cancel a booking before pickup. If a traveler cancels after pickup without completing delivery, the sender receives a full refund and the traveler may face account restrictions.
4. Liability
BagBridge facilitates connections but is not a carrier. Optional insurance is available for each shipment. BagBridge is not liable for items prohibited by airlines or local laws.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or compromise the safety of the community.
